Temple Lift

Prevent sagging skin by restoring and rejuvenating the upper third of your face through temple tightening or temporoplasty.

temple liftTemple tightening, or temporoplasty is a procedure that involves the enhancement of this specific area to bring about a more youthful appearance.

Although one can benefit from temporoplasty alone, combining the procedure with others (brow lift, mid facelift, etc.) can bring forth even more amazing results. This would have to be done with the expert advise of your surgeon though.

What to Expect

Temporoplasty, due to the nature of the areas affected by the procedure, can be considered a more sensitive type of face surgery. As such, here are some things you need to know beforehand and expect.

Bruising may appear on your forehead and around your eyes. This usually disappears after a week. We have special medicine that can help camouflage this and keep the bruising/swelling to a minimum.

After Surgery / Recovery

As with all types of surgical procedures, caring for the areas where sutures were made is the highest priority. Follow your surgeon’s instruction for the proper care of affected areas.

You will need to sleep with 2 to 3 pillows to keep your head raised to avoid swelling or bruising too much. Arnica and Hirudoid cream can help reduce bruising and swelling. Ice packs can also be used to bring swelling down.
